The drainage nozzle where my dishwasher connects to the pipes under my sink snapped requiring a rebuild of the drainage system under the sink. Luc and his team responded quickly to my call. They were available the next day and arrived on time. They assessed the problem and made repairs while also bringing the undersink drainage system up to code. The property management company who maintains the apartment building where I live had called BBL to look into why the apartment above me was not getting hot water. In order to check the pipes for the unit above mine they needed to cut through the ceiling in my bathroom. I found Mr. Myre and his assistant to be courteous, friendly and professional. Mr. Myre always kept me apprised as to what they were doing. When the job was completed they made sure the room was clean and anything that needed to be thrown out they took with them. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems in your home.

Incredible, Professional, and Timely! We found a small leak in the basement and traced it to a sewage disposal pipe and were worried about waste leaking into our basement. We called BBL and they showed up within minutes, assessed the situation, reassured us that repairs would be quick, gave us a reasonable quote and made us feel comfortable with the work to be done and options available to us. They completed the work within 24 hours of our initial call to them, amazed at the lightning speed of service and quality of work! All work was completed quickly and cleaned up better than it was when they came in. Luc installed our gas dryer and washer not only was he a great plumber ,he has his gas licence. He was professional, knowledgeable did a great job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Luc

Luc came on short notice and installed a new drain, drilled a larger hole for the new faucet in soap stone and replaced old valves. He then ensured our dishwasher was realigned. We are thrilled to have a local plumber who is professional friendly and goes out of his way to make sure your plumbing is in good order! Called Luc Sunday night with a blocked basement drain. He was here in 20 minutes and fixed it right away. Really great service. Definitely recommend BBL.

BBL was terrific. I called about a small job. He came quickly and did the job very well. Also explained to me what was going on and gave me a few tips. And the price was quite fair. I'll definitely call again the next time I need a plumber.
